The employees have the freedom to choose to contribute any amount starting from minimum Rs100 in MET Foundation from their monthly salary to get started.
The good news is, the Company also contributes an amount of 25% over the total contributions made by the employees.
MET Foundation makes a great endeavor to meet the requirements of the employees by providing them with an easy process to apply for financial aid during any crisis along with relevant supporting documents.
The purpose of the Foundation is to assist the employees in their unforeseen difficult times and to constantly keep the corpus of the fund growing so that the Foundation can support a maximum number of employees.
The Foundation comes with the most convenient return policy which allows the employees return the amount of debt as per their convenience.
After the applicants apply for loans, the foundation committee will peruse the applications and approve the same on case to case basis. Based on the applicant’s emergency of loan requirement, the committee will prioritize and approve his or her application for loan.
The committee’s decision will be unbiased and impartial based on the facts presented by the applicant and their decision will be final.
A “Thank You” message will be put on the notice boards every month with the names of the contributor, in order to keep the spirit of cooperation and collaboration alive in the hearts of the employees of MET.
